Risk & Compliance Lead
Own risk modeling, KYC/AML and the controls that keep AI spending safe.
What you'll do
- Own the credit risk models and underwriting behind AI Power.
- Stand up KYC/AML and fraud controls as the product scales.
- Work with counsel on regulatory filings and licensing requirements.
- Define metrics and monitoring that keep risk within appetite.
What we're looking for
- Experience in consumer lending, credit risk or fraud
- Familiarity with KYC/AML and fair-lending regulations
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills (SQL, modeling)
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, pre-launch environment
Nice to have
- Prior experience at a fintech lender
- Exposure to BNPL or embedded finance products
- Existing regulator or partner relationships
